You can track your order by entering your email address, order number, or tracking number(found in your order confirmation email). Once entered, you'll be able to view the latest delivery status.

You'll receive it by email as soon as your order is processed and dispatched — typically within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been shipped. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on the items ordered and the warehouse used. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate shipping information for each package.

Once an order has shipped, the address on file with the carrier generally can't be changed. Contact help@toputure.com as soon as possible — we can't guarantee a change is possible after dispatch, but we'll do what we can with the carrier.

First, check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If you still cannot find the package, contact us so we can assist you with the carrier claim process.
