Error code: E07/---
Error code: E07/---
1. Please check whether the safety switch is placed in the designated position.
2. If the safety lock cannot be activated in the normal manner (where the safety lock contacts the lock core through a plastic component), it will be necessary to disassemble the instrument panel and allow the safety lock to directly contact the lock core.
3. If normal function is restored at this point, it indicates an issue with the safety lock (which fails to sense the lock core through the plastic component) and the safety lock needs to be replaced. If normal function is not restored, then the issue lies with the lock core, and the mainboard of the upper instrument panel needs to be replaced.

Error code: E07
Error code: E07
1. If the safety lock cannot be activated through the normal operation (where the safety lock contacts the lock core via a plastic component), it is necessary to disassemble the instrument panel and allow the safety lock to directly contact the lock core, as shown in Figure 1.
2. If normal functionality is restored at this point, it indicates an issue with the safety lock (inability to sense the lock core through the plastic component), and the safety lock needs to be replaced. If normal functionality is not restored, the problem lies with the lock core, and the mainboard of the upper instrument panel needs to be replaced.
Error code: E08
Error code: E08
1. Check whether the communication cable terminals between the upper instrument panel mainboard and the lower instrument panel mainboard are properly connected. Re-plug the communication cable to ensure a secure connection.
2. If step 1 fails to resolve the issue, it indicates damage to the lower control unit. Please contact us to explain the situation, and we will arrange for a replacement mainboard to be dispatched to you.
TP7
TP7 error codes and corresponding solutions.
Error code: E02
Error code: E02
1. Please check if the connection wires are disconnected or loose. If so, please re-secure the main motor connection wires.
2. The motor may be open-circuited and damaged. Please replace the motor.
3. The controller may be open-circuited and damaged. Please replace the controller.
Error code: E03
Error code: E03
1. The treadmill load exceeds the motor's rated operating current. It is recommended to keep the load within the motor's rated operating current range and not exceed the maximum load.
2. There is a problem with the treadmill and motor assembly structure, causing motor resistance or blockage. Please open the motor cover and check if the motor is obstructed by foreign objects.
3. The lower control current limiting system is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Error code: E05
Error code: E05
1. The controller is damaged and the lower controller of the treadmill needs to be replaced.
2. If replacing the controller is ineffective, it indicates that the user's mains voltage is unstable, causing high voltage spikes; an external filter and voltage regulator needs to be added.
