Error code: E06
Error code: E06
- Possible cause
The treadmill may have insufficient power or a communication issue between the display and lower control board. - Solution
Check the household power supply and make sure it can properly power other appliances. Check the main communication cable between the upper and lower control boards and ensure the connection is secure. If the cable is damaged, replace it. If the display or lower control board is defective, the corresponding component may need to be replaced.
Error code: E07/---
Error code: E07/---
- Possible cause
The treadmill cannot detect the safety key correctly. - Solution
Make sure the safety key is properly placed in the designated position on the display. Check that the safety key board connector is securely connected and that the cable is not damaged. If the connector or cable is faulty, reconnect or replace it as needed. If the safety key board or upper display mainboard is defective, the corresponding component may need to be replaced.
Error code: E08
Error code: E08
- Possible cause
A communication error has occurred between the upper and lower displays. - Solution
- Check whether the connection cable between the upper and lower displays is securely connected.
- If the cable is properly connected but the issue persists, the upper or lower display may need to be replaced.
- If the issue continues, the controller may need to be replaced.
Model-Specific Error Codes

Error code: E0C
- Possible cause
The power transistor has failed, causing the controller to malfunction. - Solution
The controller may need to be replaced.
TP8
TP8 error codes and corresponding solutions.
Error code: E01
Error code: E01
- Possible cause
A communication error has occurred between the display and the controller, preventing the controller from properly sending feedback information to the display. - Solution
- Check whether the cable connector between the display and controller is securely connected and whether the cable is damaged.
- Make sure the cable is the correct type and compatible with the product.
- If the controller is defective, the controller may need to be replaced.
- If the issue persists after checking the cable and controller, further inspection may be required.
Error code: E02
Error code: E02
- Possible cause
- The motor carbon brushes are worn, or the carbon brush caps are damaged.
- The motor is defective.
- If the E02 error appears immediately after the treadmill is powered on, the lower control board may be faulty.
- Solution
- Check the motor carbon brushes and replace the carbon brush caps if they are damaged.
- Replace the motor if the carbon brushes are severely worn or the motor is defective.
- If E02 appears immediately after powering on, the lower control board may need to be replaced.
